Celtics, Lions split matches in volleyball doubleheader

GUELPH – The Bishop Macdonell Celtics and St. James Lions split their District 10 high school girls’ volleyball senior-junior doubleheader Monday.

Bishop Mac won the senior match 3-1 while St. James took the junior game 3-2.

In senior, the Celtics won 25-12, 25-20, 13-25, 25-16.

The Lions prevailed in junior by a 25-17, 28-26, 23-25, 20-25, 15-8 score.
