
Defending champs start D10 sr. soccer season with win
GUELPH — The defending champion Bishop Macdonell Celtics opened their District 10 high school senior boys’ soccer season with a 2-0 victory over the Ross Royals Tuesday.
Gianluca Bianchi and Ethan Fraser struck for a goal apiece for the Celtics.
Orangeville 4 Lourdes 2
Hunter Regimbal netted a pair of goals for Orangeville while Timothy McLaren and Noah Smith also scored.
Lourdes received goals from Milkya Teklebrhon and Samuel Kubram.
Centennial 3 Guelph CVI 1
Timoor Beg scored all three goals for Centennial.
