Gryphon lacrosse men fall behind early in loss to Brock
ST. CATHARINES – The Guelph Gryphons yielded the first five goals of the game to the Brock Badgers and that proved to be just too big a hole to climb out of as the Gryphs fell 10-8 in Canadian University Field Lacrosse Association play Sunday at Brock’s Alumni Field.
The Badgers led 4-0 at the end of the first quarter, 6-2 at halftime and 9-4 after the third quarter before the Gryphs netted three consecutive goals in the fourth quarter to close the gap.
