Gryphons PE U21 women remain unbeaten

GUELPH – The Guelph Gryphons remained undefeated in Ontario Women’s Soccer League Provincial Elite U21 play as they downed GS United Tigers 4-1 Monday night at the Gryphon Soccer Complex.

Jordan Faveri had a pair of goals for the Gryphons while Logan Todtz and Vanessa Mazur scored the others.

Kaleah Smith had the lone goal for GS United.

The win lifts the Gryphons to 2-0-1 while GS United falls to 0-2-0.

The Gryphons are to host the Burlington Bayhawks (2-1-0) Wednesday at 9 p.m. at the Gryphon Soccer Complex in Burlington’s third game in five days.
