Gryphons Provincial U21 South women keep unbeaten streak going
GUELPH – The Guelph Gryphons ran their unbeaten streak in the Ontario Women’s Soccer League Provincial U21 South play to four games with a 3-1 victory over FC London Red Wednesday night at the Gryphon Soccer Complex.
Marcela Gadzinska, Kristin Kohlmeier and Tracy Pizzaro Steffler struck for a goal apiece for the Gryphons.
Aysia King scored the lone goal for London.
The win gives the Gryphons three wins and a tie in their last four games and they’re 5-7-3 overall in league play.
The Gryphons are to complete their regular season Aug. 7 with a game against Paris FC at the Jacob Hespeler high school turf field. Game time is 9 p.m.
