KDSL Gryphons toppled by Supersonics
CAMBRIDGE – The Guelph Gryphons were handed a 5-1 setback by the Supersonics in Kitchener and District Soccer League Men’s Division play Sunday at Sonics Park.
Joel Prada had a hat trick for the Supersonics while Ben Maya scored the other goal.
The scorer for the Gryphons wasn’t reported.
The Gryphons are tied for eighth in the nine-team league with Listowel United as they have identical 3-12-0 records. Supersonics are seventh at 4-8-3.
The Gryphons are to complete their season with a game against third-place Riverside FC (9-4-2) Thursday at 8:45 p.m. at Eastview Park.
