Orangeville adds to its lead in field hockey loop

ORANGEVILLE – The Orangeville Scarlet Bears needed a single goal to slip past the Centennial Spartans and extend their lead atop the District 4/10 high school girls’ field hockey play Monday.

Sophie Sullivan scored that goal while Carissa Potton picked up the shutout.

Orangeville leads the league at 3-0-0 and is followed by Centennial at 1-1-1, Bishop Macdonell Celtics and Centre Wellington Falcons both at 1-1-0, Ross Royals at 1-0-0, Centre Dufferin Royals at 0-1-1, Guelph CVI Green Gaels at 0-1-0 and Wellington Heights Wolverines at 0-2-0.
