Parkrun’s Canada Day weekend event goes Saturday

GUELPH – Guelph’s Eramosa River Trail Parkrun event for the Canada Day weekend is to run on its usual schedule, meaning a Saturday morning run or walk down the trail.

The Eramosa River Trail Parkrun happens every Saturday starting at 9 a.m. in the York Road Park near the covered bridge.

The course is five kilometres in length and the average finishing time throughout the history of the event – there have been 63 of them held in total – is 31 and a half minutes.
