Redcoats Firsts open Marshall men’s season with win

TORONTO – The Guelph Redcoats opened their Rugby Ontario Marshall Men’s Division Firsts season with a 48-26 victory over the Toronto Nomads Saturday at Eglinton Flats. The Redcoats had eight tries in the match while the Nomads had four.

The Redcoats Seconds were blanked 57-0 by the Nomads.

 

OWL Women’s Rugby

The Guelph Redcoats also won their Ontario Women’s League Firsts season opener 43-12 over the Toronto Nomads Saturday at Eglinton Flats. The Redcoats had six tries while the Nomads had two.

The Redcoats Seconds suffered a 19-10 setback to the Nomads.
