Storm drop 67’s as Ottawa suffers first loss of playoffs

GUELPH – The Guelph Storm were dominating as they handed the Ottawa 67’s their first loss of this year’s Ontario Hockey League playoffs Monday night at the Sleeman Centre.

The Storm held the 67’s to eight shots or less in each period in a 7-2 victory in Game 3 of the league’s championship series. The result snapped Ottawa’s win streak at 14 games and cut the 67’s lead in the best-of-seven series to 2-1.
