Top two triumphant to start 2nd half of senior volleyball season
GUELPH – The top two teams in the District 10 high school senior boys’ volleyball league posted victories in league play Thursday as the Centennial Spartans and Ross Royals were both victorious to start the second half of the regular season.
Centennial leads the league at 6-0 while Ross is second at 5-1.
Centennial 3 Lourdes 0
The Spartans won three close ones 25-22, 27-25, 25-20.
Ross 3 Centre Wellington 0
The Royals won 25-9, 25-22, 25-15.
Junior Boys
Centennial 3 Lourdes 0
The Spartans won 25-21, 25-16, 25-18.
Ross 3 Centre Wellington 0
The Royals won 25-13, 17-25, 11-25, 25-17, 16-14.
