U21 Provincial South Gryphons blank North Mississauga Red

MISSISSAUGA – Sabrina Mariani recorded the shutout as the Guelph Gryphons blanked North Mississauga Red 2-0 in Ontario Women’s Soccer League U21 Provincial South play Monday night at Courtney Park.

Kristin Kohlmeier and Marcela Gadzinska each had a goal for the Gryphons.

The win followed last week’s scoreless tie with London FC and lifted the Gryphons to 3-4-3 while North Mississauga Red fell to 2-8-1.

The Gryphons have four games to play, three at home. They’re to host Niagara United (2-5-3) July 26 at 9 p.m. at the Gryphon Soccer Complex.
