Wolverines hockey boys move into tie for fourth
MOUNT FOREST – The Wellington Heights Wolverines moved into a tie for fourth place as they doubled the Centennial Spartans 4-2 in District 4/10 high school boys’ hockey play Tuesday at the Mount Forest and District Sports Complex.
Mike Rice had a goal and two assists for the Wolverines while Lucas Fidler, Nolan Andrews and Ethan Andrews also scored a goal apiece.
Tyler Beecroft and Brendon Robertson had the goals for Centennial.
Wellington Heights is at 2-1-0-0 and is tied with the Centre Dufferin Royals and Orangeville Bears who are both at 2-2-0-0.
Centennial is at 0-6-0-0.

Ross (3-1-0-0) is tied with the Norwell Varsity Reds (3-0-0-0) for second in the league while the Centre Wellington Falcons lead at 4-1-0-1.
