Centennial rebounds, Lourdes alone atop senior volleyball
GUELPH – While the Centennial Spartans rebounded from their first loss of the District 10 high school senior boys’ volleyball season with a victory Thursday, the Lourdes Crusaders grabbed sole possession of first place by remaining undefeated.
The Spartans swept the Guelph CVI Green Gaels at GCVI to get back on a winning track while the Crusaders defeated the Ross Royals 3-1 in a battle of unbeaten squads.
Lourdes leads the standings at 4-0 while Ross and Centennial are both at 3-1. Centre Wellington Falcons, GCVI and St. James Lions are all at 2-2 while Bishop Macdonell Celtics and Orangeville Bears are both at 0-4.

Centre Wellington Falcons sit atop the standings at 4-0 while the Centennial Spartans and Lourdes Crusaders are both at 3-1. Orangeville Bears and Ross Royals are both at 2-2, Guelph CVI Green Gaels are at 1-3 and Bishop Macdonell Celtics and St. James Lions are both at 0-3-1.
