Eagles start season by blanking Varsity Reds

The Emmanuel Christian Eagles ran to a 5-0 victory over the Norwell Varsity Reds in District 4 high school girls’ soccer season opener Thursday at the Palmerston arena fields.

The Eagles got a hat trick from deJonge and single goals from Jagt and Vansydenbourgh.
