Guelph United Premier Women slip by Alliance United
A goal just before stoppage time lifted Guelph United to a 2-1 victory over Alliance United in League1 Ontario Women’s Premier soccer play Saturday at Centennial College in Scarborough.
Alliance had taken the early lead with a goal in the third minute by Miranda Badovinac.
The Guelph side came back with a pair of second-half goals for the win.
Tiffany Johnston scored in the 55th minute and Sasha Marikano added the winner in the 90th minute.
