Lions post shutout victory in boys’ hockey opener

FERGUS – The St. James Lions opened the District 4/10 high school boys’ hockey season with a 2-0 victory over the Centre Wellington Falcons Wednesday at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex.

Nico Seminora and Lukas Franchetto scored a goal apiece for the Lions while Carter Curran recorded the shutout.
